When you join, you supply 3,000 colour-edited images from your past weddings, as finished Lightroom catalogs with your colour edits in place. They can come as one export or several, from however many weddings that takes. We use these to train our editing system on your specific style: your tones, your contrast, your colour. Once your profile is built, every job is graded to match your eye. The more you work with us, the more accurate it gets.

A person chooses every frame, never an algorithm. Where we do use AI is after the cull. It does the colour grade, trained on your own past weddings, which is what lets us hold your style across a full gallery. It also suggests a crop and a level horizon for each image. Your editor then checks every image and corrects by hand the frames that are off. We would rather say plainly where AI is used than be vague about it.

Your editor goes through every image. They check each crop and horizon the AI suggested, and they check exposure, skin tones and white balance. The colour is compared with any finished galleries you have linked on your profile, and with your sneak peeks when you send finished ones. The last step is a scan of the whole gallery side by side, looking for any frame that sits brighter, darker, warmer or cooler than the ones around it. Frames that are off are corrected by hand. It is correction where a frame needs it, not a regrade of every image. If the gallery does not come back looking like your work, we revise it.

Yes. Our entire process is built around Lightroom Classic, with Smart Preview exports and Lightroom catalog delivery. If you shoot and edit in a different workflow, we're not the right fit. If you're a Lightroom shooter, it's seamless.

Smart Previews exported from Lightroom Classic, along with your Lightroom catalog, uploaded to your own cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox, set to anyone with the link, no password and no expiry). Not a send service like WeTransfer, because those links expire before the edit is finished. You keep your original RAW files. We never need those.

They never leave your drive. You submit lightweight Smart Previews via your own cloud link; we work on those and deliver your catalog back. We never see, store, or need your RAWs.

A full cull of your Smart Previews down to the best images, colour grading of up to 1,200 of those, and delivery back to your Lightroom catalog, ready to review and export. Standard turnaround is 5 business days from when your payment clears and your files are accessible.

Because choosing which frames become B&W is one of the most personal creative decisions in photography, and we think that call should stay with you.

Your delivery is a full set of colour-graded images. Going through them image by image is your QC pass: you check the edit, confirm the images, and choose which frames you want in B&W. That's not extra work. It's the part where the gallery becomes yours.

If you'd prefer us to handle B&W too, we offer two add-on options: a curated set of up to 50 hero images in B&W, or a full conversion of all your edited images. Both can be added at the time of job submission.
